Troubleshooting checklist

  • Your URL loads publicly over HTTPS without a login wall on the first screen.
  • The package ID looks like com.yourcompany.app and never changes between updates.
  • The version code increases by at least 1 for every Play Store upload.
  • Your build pipeline secrets (keystore, passwords, build secret) are present.
