This page clarifies what Mexbui is, and is not, so you can use the Service with clear expectations.

1. Mexbui Is a Build Tool, Not a Guarantee of Approval

Mexbui automates the technical process of wrapping a web application in a native Android shell and producing signed APK and AAB files. Generating a build does not guarantee that Google Play, or any other store, will approve, publish, or continue to host your app. Store review outcomes depend entirely on the store's own policies and review process, which Mexbui does not control.

2. No Certifications or Compliance Guarantees

Mexbui does not claim, and has not obtained, certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and does not guarantee compliance with any specific regulatory framework (including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, or similar) for you or for apps built using the Service. If your app requires specific compliance certifications, you are responsible for obtaining your own independent assessment.

3. No Uptime or Build Success Guarantees

We aim to run a reliable pipeline, but we do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage, response time, or build success rate. Build failures can occur due to issues in the source web application, third-party infrastructure, network conditions, or configuration errors.

4. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Nothing on Mexbui, including our documentation, support content, or these legal pages, constitutes legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. You should consult appropriately qualified professionals for guidance specific to your business, including questions about intellectual property, data protection, and Google Play policy compliance.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Mexbui integrates with third-party tools such as Capacitor and GitHub Actions. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability, security, or policies of these third-party platforms.

6. Your Own Due Diligence

You are responsible for testing generated builds before distributing them, securing any signing keys, and independently verifying that your app meets applicable legal and platform requirements before publishing.
