This Acceptable Use Policy describes the kinds of web applications and behavior that are not permitted when using Mexbui's build pipeline. It applies to everyone who uses the Service, and it is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited Applications
You may not use Mexbui to package a web application that:
- Is illegal in the jurisdictions where it will be distributed;
- Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party, including apps you do not own or have rights to distribute;
- Contains malware, spyware, ransomware, or any code designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
- Impersonates another person, brand, or company, or is designed to deceive users (phishing, fraud, fake stores, counterfeit apps);
- Facilitates harassment, hate speech, exploitation of minors, or other content that causes serious harm to individuals or groups;
- Collects personal data from end users without a lawful basis or without adequate disclosure to those users;
- Circumvents Google Play policies, digital rights management, or platform security controls; or
- Is used to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with Mexbui's infrastructure or build pipeline.
2. Responsible Use of the Build Pipeline
You agree not to submit an excessive number of automated or abusive build requests designed to overwhelm shared infrastructure, and not to attempt to extract, tamper with, or misuse build credentials, signing keys, or pipeline configuration belonging to another account.
3. Enforcement
We may remove build artifacts, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, particularly where we believe there is a risk of harm, fraud, or legal exposure. We are not obligated to actively monitor every submitted application, but we may review builds in response to complaints or automated signals.
4. Reporting a Violation
If you believe an app built with Mexbui violates this policy, please contact us at support@mexbui.online with as much detail as possible.
